My COO and I were struggling with our finances. We can see the QuickBooks reports but needed a more 30 thousand view of how our finances were doing. Preston was able to break down the expenses and revenue into meaningful explanation. By grouping our accounts and showing us cash flow cycles, we were able to rearrange some of our expenses to allow our bank account to level out and not take such extreme cycles. We still meet every 2 weeks to go over the books, and it makes my COO and I feel better knowing we have an extremely knowledgeable person overseeing our financial process.
